The photographs simply do not do justice to this thoughtfully decorated and extremely comfortable home. Extensive gardens at the front and back are an added bonus with plenty of space to sit outside . Loved using the Aga. The house is In a quiet residential area but only a few bus stops away from Westend Glasgow.

On arrival we were met and given a guided tour of this amazing cottage. It was spotlessly clean and very cosy. The decor was tasteful and homely with all that you could possibly need to hand. The huge Aga in the kitchen was fantastic for cooking, heating and hot water. The gardens were beautifully kept and the owners were so kind by allowing us to help ourselves to the contents of the greenhouse etc.
Location was perfect with access to buses and trains close by. The only negative was that – after 10 days – WE HAD TO LEAVE.

We’d like to thank you for the lovely 10 days in this beautiful and cosy home. For us it was a place to eat and rest between our games at the Braehead curling rink. Good facilities and we just love the stove. Were welcomed home by squirrels and even a fox. What a nice place.

My family travelled from abroad for the wedding and though we thought they would like the place, nothing prepared us for how much they would love it. The place was absolutely perfect and made for a great stay for all. Thank you so much.

Absolutely loved everything about this beautiful cottage and gardens. We felt really at home and certainly will be back. It’s great to be able to catch the bus at the end of the road and feel like a local. Many, many thanks.

Thanks so much for a fab stay. It is such a beautiful house and makes a difference to have use of a massive garden. I hope to book again since we had such a great time at the house.

We had a delightful stay in this charming house. Had a nice walk in the park – sadly Fossil Grove was closed – but we still enjoyed the pond and the nice surroundings nevertheless. One daughter graduated, and one to go! Many thanks.
