The tariff includes all utilities, bed linens and towels and internet access. For longer lets, fresh linens and towels will be provided regularly and the apartment given a light tidy. Short breaks are calculated as a percentage of the weekly tariff.
3 nights 60%, 4 nights 70%, 5 nights 80%, 6 nights 90%
A 20% deposit is required on booking with the remainder due 28 days* before arrival.
Bookings made less than 28 days prior to arrival must be paid in full.

In the event of a cancellation payments will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-booked. An administration charge of £50 will be deducted from any refund. Visitors are advised to purchase travel insurance which covers cancellation costs.
Unless previously arranged, arrival time is from 3pm onwards, and the apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Visitors should leave the apartment clean and tidy. Alternatively, a £50 cleaning charge may be applied.
Breakages and Losses
Damages, breakages or losses should be reported to the owners before departure. Repair or replacement may be charged at cost.
Queensgate Apartments have a strict no smoking policy. Visitors must refrain from smoking in the premises.
Visitors must not exceed the number of people agreed to when booking the apartment, and cannot use the premises as a party venue.
The owners retain the right of access to the apartment.
The owners reserve the right to refuse a booking, apply additional charges, or to terminate a let should these terms and conditions not be met or if unreasonable behaviour or disturbance is caused during the let.
